Cumaná is such a cozy place, serving wholesome food that you cannot readily find elsewhere in Buenos Aires. They serve wholesome casseroles in clay pots and Cumaná is the only restaurant in BsAs I have encountered that serves yerba mate. Cumaná is relatively inexpensive, but just beware, though, that it is cash only.
