search on the google miramar cocina portena. The neighborhood should be Congreso and in the address there should be something about Avenida San Juan.

This place is simply amazing. It's not a turistic place so do not expect the waiters to speak english. It's a tradicional porteno restaurant, so they do not have a wide list but the few thing you can choose are all perfectly executed. Oisters are very fresh, you can have there delicious tradicional plates such as frogs legs, snails, bull tail... i wish i could eat there everynight...
