Apsara garden, formerly Snow-white, near the Spring park hotel, is a really lovely place, with really tasty food and with a kind gentle staff. You'll eat both cambodian and western food, and they have an english menu ;)
You'll also meet Paul, the australian manager, who had spend lot of time in the city and know everything about the night life and the sightseeing around.
