A famous landmark in Cambodia's capital since 1993. The FCC has hosted scores of international diplomats, journalists, and photographers. The main restaurant area is open to the Mekong River, allowing for cool breezes to circulate throughout. The food and drinks are somewhat expensive, especially compared to the rest of the city, but the FCC itself is a bit higher class than much of the city.

Although the prices are higher than in other restaurants in Phnom Penh, it is worth it to go there. You have a nice view over the river, comfortable chairs to sit in and some good choice of westerners food. I can also really recommed their breakfast!
