Samurai Sushi is an excellent place for large (and cheap) sushi portions of good quality. The House Roll is just over $8 and could easily feed one person, maybe two people with smaller appetites. Over two inches in diameter, this roll is filled with ingredients such as tuna, salmon, tamago, and imitation crab, without having much rice. Other good rolls include the Alaska Roll (salmon and imitation crab) and the Negitoro Roll. Pretty much every item is a good value though. We spent $37 for a party of 4 for dinner and had extra left over.

I kept hearing Aaron talk about this Samurai Sushi place for ages. Apparently it's a popular student place, and understandably so for its prices! $3.5 for a california roll that's huge! Normally I'd order 1-2 rolls, but I could probably just eat half of the bigger rolls and be STUFFED off that. The food isn't gourmet, but it's filling, doesn't have too much rice, and excellent value. I'd go back for sure.
