Located downtown right across from Pacific Centre Mall, Urban Sushi is a decent place to get sushi if you're in the mood for something simple and don't have time to get to some of the better sushi places. The prices are comparable to other places. If you want big portions though Samurai Sushi on Denman is still better value, and there are plenty of other places to go for higher quality sushi. Some cool rolls like the Tofino roll or their Urban roll.
