Started in Florida, the location in Niagara Falls is the only Canadian one I believe. The concept is art friendly with artists often painting or sculpting in the restaurant. Local art adorns all the walls and is for sale, while the food is all tapas (small plates!)

One of my favourite 'chain' places. The vibe is ecclectic and fun. The food is always tasty - alligator bites anyone? A great mix of interesting food. Located across the street from the Niagara Fallsview Casino.
