Very good place, indeed. If you got up there, don't skip the restaurant. Jeez, I would like to remember the name of some lamb dish with glass of Merlot... It was so insanely good... Prices are quite reasonable for such a place. But in case you don't like rotation, go one floor down, there is a "stable" cafe.
