Grindhouse Burger Bar joins the scene in Toronto with experienced chefs serving up creative burger combinations. The focus is on fresh, local ingredients. Burgers range from Bison to Kobe beef and Turkey and beef. veggie and Gluten free optiosn available, and sandwhiches and fish and chips also available. All bread baked in house daily. Topping options include fois gras, truffles and more. A lively band performs at times and a good sized bar makes it east to enjoy some drinks at night.

I want this place to succeed as they have a nice upscale twist on the burger joint. With the volume of burger places in TO though, I think they're doomed to fail. It didn't help that our first visit there they burnt one burger and cooked my Bison to well done when I asked for medium well. I'll give it a second shot, but it's been around many months now and should have these issues sorted out by now.
