I really was truly excited to visit this establishment. First discovered by yours truly over a year ago when I still lived in Montreal, it was the height of my cupcake craze, and the web site just looked so cute. Fast forward a year later, and I end up moving to Toronto, and had a chance to go with two friends of mine. We went a late Sunday afternoon, so their selection was, by then, a little sketchy. We had 3 choices of flavours. Not to be phased, I bought all 3 choices, and proceeded to eat them. And proceeded to feel profoundly disappointed. The one I chose for myself was coffee flavoured, and the result was light fluffy icing that was weak in flavour. The cake, likewise was bland, and if anything, a bit dry. What happened?!
