Headed by a husband-wife team of world-class chefs who in their own words decided "it was time for us to start exploiting ourselves", this small restaurant serves up some extremely delicious food relying primarily on local ingredients.  The menu is split in two with each chef offering their own set of appetizers, entrees and desserts.

A gourmand friend told us about this place. As we were in the area on our way to Charlevoix we stopped by. It was a lovely place for dinner. This place is owned by a husband and wife team, and each of them control half of the menu. Dinner if I remember was fixed and you chose 3 courses from either side of the menu. The items were creative, very delicious, and made for a great atmosphere.
