A gem in an otherwise barren place, Chez Loutcha offers traditional Capeverdean food. Being also open off-season, it is the second reason to visit this village (at least at this time of year), the first being the (cooled off) volcanic crater.
Look out for the special buffet (at a low price) on Sundays which comes with good-quality live music.
