Nice place in center of Ostrava close to court room with pretty and nicely staff. Staff is chatty all the time, so if you want to chat with someone and no one is available at the time, you can go there and order two Gold Tequilas, one for you and one for staff... It worked for me, but do not have to for you, be aware of that ;-)
