"Hasta la vuelta señor" is the best place to try the famous shrimps of Ecuador. on top of delicious food, the restaurant has a great location - 3rd floor gallery in an old building right in the middle of Quito's historic disctrict, and while you wait for your food, read the legend of Father Almeida and origind of the retaurant's name ("Until I come back, Lord...").
