Simonds

The barista is a somber old guy who makes the  best cappuccino's in Egypt. You have to be lucky to get a bar stool or one at the center of this place. Mainly occupied by Egyptians and lots of men who hang out here. With two cappuccinos I was ready for all day sightseeing. I snuck a picture of the barista who did smile at his pals; never at me, but never mind, the coffee is so good you won't care.
