Oldest cafe in Cairo has been open aparently about 1000 years and supposedly has not closed in over 200 years (open 24 hours). Go in, smoke a sheesha pipe, enjoy a mint tea/chai, drink the coffee if you're brave. It is worth it for the atmosphere and great food is available (they get it from a nearby restaurant) although most people just go for tea/coffee a pipe. A must see in Cairo - and as you have to also go the Khan El Khalili Bazaar it is located right in the markets.
