This a cafe that has seating only outside. The seats are so Arabic - colourful and made of handmade carpets. It is at Na'ma Bay... Sharm El Sheikh's version of the city centre. Na'ma Bay is hit and buzzing. It is the place to go if you want action, Hard Rock Cafe, Tam Tam, Arabic belly dancing, it's got everything. Tam Tam serves fantastic Arabic food and best of all sweet mint tea with Sheesha. Sheesha is the Arab hubbly bubbly. It tastes and smells good. When you are travelling you have to try the local stuff - okay granted, the area is geared towards tourists but at least they give you a taste of the authentic flavour. It is well monitored by the government and tourists are well looked after. It is a beautiful place and everything is cheap. Our sheesha costed us £2 ($1) each. Our dinner with lots of meat and seafood came to £25 ($14). It was so delicious and the service is attentive and very very good. Bear in mind Sharm El Sheikh is still a desert so when out at night be sure to have a jacket or wolly at hand because temperatures do drop alot at night. Although we finished our meal we were not hurried to go away and not pressured to buy more drinks. I am amazed at how kind and accommodating the restaurant staff were. Whilst we were smoking our sheesha and drinking mint tea we were lucky enough to have a bird's eye view of the belly dancing entertainment going on at the balcony of another restaurant about 20 feet above ground. Wow free entertainment and a bonus. Tam Tam is highly recommended.
