"The Gunpowder Cellar" is a restaurant that now occupies an old gunpowder storehouse that is built into the side of hill. They serve really hearty and tasty dishes and there is plenty of beer to go around. The food is really yummy and there is frequently live entertainment. Locals have their own beer steins hanging on the wall... Overall it is a really cozy, country environment for a great night of food and entertainment. Don't miss this restaurant when you visit Tartu!
