Hands down, this is Oulu's best cafe for their variety of pullas and other pastries and the comfy environment. Sometimes it is difficult to find a place to sit due to it popularity, however. In the summer, it is really lovely to sit outside in the sun (sometimes even at 23:00 during the "White Nights"!) and watch everyone passing by on the pedestrianized Rotuaari.
