Short of taking a husky ride to Lapland, this is the best place to dive into the exciting sami cusisine. The setting is a wooden lodge, decorated with hides, fire places and Northern Lights. Normally I would not eat what someone else had in it´s mouth, but the reindeer tongue in Lingonberry sauce is one of the highlights of the menu. Close your visit off with a Lappish coffee and you are ready to face the cold temperatures of a Finnish winter again.
