Absolutely blindin' place, especially for buying "foie gras" - try the "Maréchal de Contades" one, which you need to order, for example for Christmas: it's foie gras baked in a breadcrust with veal's fat. It sounds awful but it's the best thing since...sliced bread I suppose.
