The owner is from San Antonio, Texas, and moved to Mainz specifically to open this restaurant. I'm glad he did... my husband and I drove all the way up to Mainz just to try it out (we were told it was the best Mexican food in Germany). I was unbelievably impressed!! Unfortunately, the mixed drinks (I had a frozen margarita) was out of a machine and not made by hand and tasted that way (like an Icee with some tequila)... that would be my only complaint. But, the sangria (my hubby had a glass) was very tasty.
