One of the best budget restarants, if you want something non-african. I hope the place still exists. They basically serve meat, liver or chicken, accompanied by fries, fried potatoes, peas or beans in different combinations. Used to be around 3 or 4 dollars a plate with a soft drink. Very good and clean place, especially taking the dirt cheap price into consideration.
