I came across Mak's Noodle Ltd as I was wandering around Causeway Bay. Right after you cross the street outside the Sogo if you turn left there's a street just chalk full of restaurants. I wandered up and down looking for a place to go and then just decided to stop here. As it turns out, the place had been written up by Gourmet magazine. Food service in these types of places are extremely fast and Mak's was no exception. Within minutes of ordering (a wonton noodle soup, some dumplings and some gailan), I had it sitting in front of me. Food was extremely well prepared, very tasty. It would have gotten 5 stars except there was a fly floating in the soup (may have landed post serving), and a small worm in the gailan.
