Take minibus 8 from City Hall and tell the driver you want to stop at Tai Wo Restaurant. Walk forward about 50m.

All the lamb dishes here are absolutely yummy. They have lamb with noodles, rice, in dumplings and just on it's own. They have other typical Shanghainese items such as xiao long bao (soup dumplings), wo tie (fried dumplings), spring onion pancakes and Shanghainese thick noodles. The prices are also reasonable with each noodle dish being HK$30ish.
