Spoon is located in the Intercontinental Hotel in Kowloon, Hong Kong. With it's beautiful, modern decor and gorgeous city view it is the perfect place for a fantastic meal. Spoon is owned by acclaimed chef Alain Ducasse and his philosophy permeates the delicious food. Each tempting bite is the essence of its one or two key ingredients. The beef consomme was truly like beef in a glass and the scallops stuffed with broccoli were divinely broccoli-ish. We went for the tasting menu and didn't regret it for a moment. Yum!
