This is a must see. The view from the balcony is very nice. You can see all of the city. I have never tried the food in the restaurant but its interesting feature is that the floor moves in circles. So you can eat and enjoy a panoramic view whilst sitting :)

One of the top 50 restaurants with the best view in the world! It si build on 6 water tanks and it moves, spectalucar view, where during 2 hours it turns a complete circle. Pricey but worthed
