Forget about the restaurant or the hotel stuff. Go down the main street, get a fresh fruit juice (any kind of fruit)...dont be affraid of the diarhea...find a veegy burger seller (the one we used for our 5 days there was at the last quarter of the street considering the temple as the begining of the street)
you will share some incredible experience with the local people
