La Pentolaccia is a warm and cozy little place in the town center of Viterbo. The service is high level, without being cold or formal. The cuisine is definitely one of the best I had the chance to taste, although being traditional it might not be appealing to some. The wine selection is good and varied, including some pretty famous wines - I'm not much of an expert so I won't comment the most important ones. It has 0.350 bottles of good wine for those who dine alone or don't want to have driving problems. Definitely a place to visit.
