My husband, daughter and son in law, and youngest daughter went to Il Latini while in Florence. We ordered the set menu but received so much more. The owner treated us to Lemoncello (Italian dessert liquore), a bottle of champagne for "momma" (me!) and a keepsake bottle of house wine for each of my daughters ! A rare experience and one that we will never forget.

PS. Don't forget to purchase a commerorative plate that has a picture of Il Latino on it !! Great experience...

Excellent place to try original tuscan food. It is better to make a reservation since it´s a place with crowds waiting for a table. Try the fix priced menu, it comes with all the wine you can drink. You will leave very happy on a full stomach, and probably with a few more friends since the tables are usually shared. This place is one of reasons I love Florence.
