Unfortunately, my wife and I didn't discover Sun Beach until the last evening of our stay in Negril, or we probably would have eaten there more than once. We loved the casual beach-side atmosphere, the enthusiastic bar staff, the locals and long-time customers. The food was excellent--I had the ginger curry chicken, my wife had the fried chicken. The staff were playing contemporary Jamaican music, which I enjoyed, not the ubiquitous touristy Bob Marley tunes--I like Bob Marley, but after the fifth rendition of "No Woman, No Cry," I've reached my limit. If we return to Negril, we'll be sure to dine at Sun Beach again.
