this is not a high class restaurant, its just a terrace by the sea. The best time to go is in the evening, when all the sailors, boat owners and/or passengers come to the bar to have a drink. You can meet a Japanese, or a Thai, or an Australian. Everybody is relaxed, and wants just to have fun.
