It comprises of some office blocks, a shopping mall and an internationally recognized concert hall for classical music, Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS (DFP). There are some prominenet names in shopping and not to mentioned some econominal outlets that offer goods within the budget, various food joints, cine leisure, a beautiful park that provide amenities such as children playground, a swimming pool esp. for kids which has the best landscape, jogging tracks and a water fountain where people can just laze around after a tiring trip.
