They claim 100% satisfaction or you don't pay at this restaurant.  My first night there I had a lovely veg thali served on a banana leaf with little extra chutneys and was really happy. So, I came back a few nights later with 2 friends in tow and we again had thalis.  But, this time the food was average or below average. So, I would call this one hit or miss.
