Joe's was fantastic! I agree with Risto - the Bushmen Sasokie is amazing! The restaurant offers great traditional Namibian food, but the German influence is also really apparent, especially since the sign at the front door reads "Our House Wine is Jagermeister"....I knew this was going to be my kind of place! The staff were amazing, the food was delicious and the drinks flowed all night - what more can you ask for?! Just great!

This moderately priced restaurant is a good place for dinner. You gotta try the "Bushmen Sasokie" which is ostrich, springbok, chicken, crocodile, kudu and zebra.

Not large, probably a population of about 250000, capital of Namibia, quite central. Ideal for beginning a tour of the country.
