After the bus drops you off in town turn right down the main street(the one with a train track running through it) and it is on your left after roughly 100 metres.

A great place for food and to hang out, with the mates you meet up with, walking the Inca trail. Just a word...Aguas Calientes and Machu Picchu town are one and the same.
