Top quality seafood. Make sure you get the Black Pepper Crab, Curry Lobster, Bamboo Clams, Baby Kailan with oyster sauce, Baked Cream Prawns and Chicken with dried chilis. Ask for Sally or Paul. If you order these things they will recognize it as the Ben Moore menu and they will ask if you know me. You will probably get a 10% discount and free dessert too! I can't promise the free stuff and discount that but I can promise great food. It is not an inexpensive restaurant as Singapore restaraunts go. Have fun
