Suwon is known for it's Kalbi, barbequed beef rib.  You cook it yourself on a grill that is built into the table.  The kalbi at this restaurant is as good as you can find anywhere in Korea, and it's easy to find because it is across the street from the World Cup Soccer stadium.

Seating is Korean style - with low tables and sitting on the floor.

Great food - and a good way to do the Korean style, on the floor, dining experience.
