Christmas 2008 I ate at this restaurant. When my sister and I visited the bathroom, you have to pass the kitchen, we watched in disgust as the head waiter was refilling the bottles of water that the waiters had removed from finished diners. Instead of throwing out the bottles and any remaining water , they were carefully using all the odds and ends in the water bottles to refill bottles and serve again to paying customers.
