This is a museum of ham, as well as a tapas bar. Walk up to the counter and order something tasty with ham. Bocadillos are good and affordable. You can try slices of various hams, ranging fom affordable to expensive (jamon iberico). Chances are they will give you a ham sampler plate while eating. Done? Throw the trash on the floor and go to your next place. Tapas in Madrid are so fun and can be affordable!
