Great food and very fancy service. Even though the wait staff wear suits with tails, feel free to walk in without a reservation and in slightly nicer than casual clothes (i.e button-up t-shirt and cargo shorts). The Jules Verne bar at the top of the restaurant has an amazing view, subdued atmosphere, and is perfect for an after-dinner aperitif.
