You can find the el Lokal inside of the "Theater an der Sihl" complex. A rather interesting restaurant politically a bit on the left side. Many people have brought their souvenirs from travels that can be found on the walls now.
The menu is restricted to 3 choices for lunch, but they are always done with local (mostly BIO) stuff. Drinks are included in the menu price. In the evening, the choice is bigger. There are tapas, mezze etc to choose from.
In the summer, you can sit outside next to the Sihl. There are also quite often some bands playing music. For more infos, check out their website.

Cool ambiance, good food. It is nice to sit outside in the summer and the prices for the lunch menu are reasonable. Only the servers could be a bit faster sometimes. But at least they are really friendly.
