If you are sick of Pad Thai and several Thai curries and street food why not go to 'Taketei'. I really love sushi and sashimi and this place is close to Kao San and you get 'all you can eat' already for about US$12! I ate until I could barely walk and it was delicious. I recommend the sashimi!
