The Vertigo is at the absolute top of the Banyan Tree Hotel, a 61 story structure. It offers the most fantastic views of Bangkok . Unbelievable! I visited Vertigo for the view and drinks one evening in February on one of my last evenings in Thailand. It was a clear evening, with a welcome breeze in the air. The view seemed limitless. The ambiance was sophisticated and cultured. The service was impeccable. I found it very easy to relax there with a drink in hand and enjoy the spectacular view. As I sat in a very comfortable chair and luxuriated in my surroundings, I remember thinking how dreamlike and beautiful my experiences in Thailand had been. A line from T. E. Lawrence came to mind, "Dream your dreams with open eyes and make them come true". I'd really like to thank him for that priceless bit of advice. Good Journeys!

If you want to live it up a little and get away from the hussel and bustle of Bangkok the Vertigo bar at the Banyan Tree hotel is amazing! 61 floors up and away from the noise of traffic below, look out over the city as the sun sets with a cocktail in hand! Believe me its a fabulous way to spend an evening.

Gorgeous! Anyone who loves to socialize and have a good drink with friends should visit this place. It's located at the top floor of the Banyan Tree Hotel and the bright lights at night makes this bar/restaurant a good place for couples who want to spend a romantic evening together :)

This is a great place to come to for drinks with friends or to make that marriage proposal. You have a great view of the city and there is always a strong breeze blowing, so hang on to that  hat!

One of the most amasing location for restaurant I have ever seen. I felt there like at the top of the world. Dinner was also excellent but very expensive. But the view is worth the price.
