I simply cannot string a group of words together to express the tranquility and beauty of this cafe'. It's been an inspiration for artists and poets, and until you sit in one of the terraced tables, sipping a small glass of mint tea (with pine nuts floating on top), smoking an apple flavored sheeha (hooka) while gazing over the piercing blue Mediterranean... well, if you're ever in Tunis... just go... about an hour before sunset.

Great view but a total rip-off. It's basically a tourist scam, where they get you inside to see the great view and won't say what juice/tea costs (and lie if you have the sense to ask), then they bring you an outrageous bill and bring in all the family's sons to prevent you from leaving until you pay the full amount. I'd take some photos from here but would never eat/drink there.
