Without a doubt, the best place in town. Original Turkish cousine, very exhotic atmosphere. Shamefully cheap by Western standards. A 3-course meal goes for 4 euros. All ingredients are fresh and the water bottled. If you befriend the owner, Mr Tahir Bey, he'll prove to be a wealth of information about the area and a reliable guide.
