The food hall in Garden City, Kampala has a great selection under one roof from local buffet to pizza & indian. Nearly restaurants offer more expensive alternatives, but really surprised at the quality and selection in the food hall. Be firm with what you want though, a waiter/ess will come from every vendor trying to sell you their food, even after you've ordered!
