A massive site just past the Burj Al Arab at the end of Jumeirah Road, Souk Madinat Jumeirah has been built to resemble a traditional Arabic marketplace. Fans of fashion, jewellery, antiques, art and expensive olive oils and pesto will all find their appetites sated by the high-quality stores on offer, although you’ll have to fight your way past plenty of tourist tat-traps to find the better stores. But where Madinat Jumeirah really comes into its own is with its massive selection of top-quality bars and restaurants. DJ bars Left Bank and BarZar have become firm favourites with the city’s barflies; while Pisces , Shoo Fee Ma Fee and Toscana have tickled the taste buds of Dubai’s notoriously fussy restaurant crowd

Well, it is very beautiful! Designed in traditional Emirati architectural style, Madinat Jumeirah’s imposing buildings with their light brown sandstone colouring replicate the appearance of classic Arabian fortresses and palaces.
I recommend to try far-out food. Restaurants in Madinat Jumeirah offer a variety of cuisines and cater for a range of tastes including Moroccan (Shoo Fee Ma Fee), Italian (Segreto and Toscana), Asian (The Noodle House), Indian (Ushna), Polynesian (Trader Vic’s), Lebanese (Times of Arabia), fusion (Japengo) and seafood (Pisces). Many restaurants offer alfresco dining canalside.
