By a chance me and my friend stumbled upon this café/restaurant, it was cute and cozy with good service, AND to our great pleasure and astonishment we realized that it was the birthplace of Harry Potter. We couldn't have had a better first impression of Edinburgh.

The birthplace of Harry Potter, this cafe is also home to some delicious tea, coffee, and shortbread cookies!
