Contemporary American cuisine that is the brainchild of two energetic, young Japanese brothers; this restaurant is a must if you are in Paso Robles. The interior is contemporary in an almost Zen minimalist style. The food is fresh, creative and exquistely plated. There is a wine and beer bar. All this dishes, our waiter informed us, are conceived to be "wine friendly". I presume he said that because some diners might think that the American Japanese brothers might be creating food to be consumed with sake or beer. Rest assured, chef Chris knows his wines!
